Job summary

Sai Silks Kalamandir in Hyderabad seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day books, perform ledger scrutiny, and prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

You will assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, support audits, supervise ERP/accounting software operations (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP), and use Advanced MS Excel for MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
• Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation, computation, and timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Maintain proper tax-related records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and information.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounting transactions using Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Maintain and update financial data accurately in accounting systems.
• Use Advanced MS Excel for MIS reports, reconciliations, data analysis, and financial reporting.
