Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance across multiple group entities.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS, budgets and cash-flow management.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other regulatory compliances are met.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to take on a key finance role within a diversified umbrella group with interests across hospitality and industrial ventures, along with exposure to international matters.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Position: Chartered Accountant Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Qualified CA

Experience: 4+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance across multiple group entities
• Financial reporting, MIS, budgeting and cash-flow management
• GST, TDS, Income Tax and other regulatory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and regulatory authorities
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making
• Handle finance and accounting assignments relating to the professional services firm and its clients
• Work across businesses in the hospitality and industrial sectors

We are looking for someone who is hands‑on, commercially minded and comfortable managing the finances of multiple businesses, rather than someone limited to a purely accounting or compliance role.
