Role Description

The Chartered Accountant will manage end-to-end financial accounting, including preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger oversight, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monitoring project-wise costs and revenues for real estate developments. The role involves handling statutory compliance, tax planning, GST and income tax filings, audits, and coordination with external auditors and consultants. The Chartered Accountant will support management reporting, financial analysis, and risk assessment to inform strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close collaboration with project, sales, and senior leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA), with valid membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Experience in taxation and compliance, including GST, income tax, TDS, and familiarity with relevant regulations and filing requirements.
• Audit and internal control capabilities, including coordination with statutory/internal auditors and implementation of robust financial controls.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost monitoring, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
• Comfort with accounting software and MS Excel, along with attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
