Job summary

Listenfirst is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join the group finance team and work directly with the CFO across India and US entities. The role offers exposure to cross-border finance, including tax, M&A, and board reporting.

You will handle month-end closings, intercompany activity, and US tax coordination, in a hybrid setup based in Jaipur, with close collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and audits.
• Strong Excel skills and clear communication.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Month-end closing and financial reporting for India and US entities
• Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA (15CA/15CB, FIRC), and ROC compliance
• Coordinating US tax filings and compliance with our US CPA firm
• Leading statutory and tax audits end to end

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and audits
• Strong Excel skills and clear communication

Preferred

• Big 4 experience, particularly in statutory audit
• Exposure to US accounting, transfer pricing, or FEMA
