Job summary

Vishal Consultants in Bhopal is seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead Finance & Accounts for education and manufacturing arms. You will manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning, while ensuring statutory compliances and audits are completed timely.

The role requires hands-on oversight of costing, inventory, working capital and variance analysis, with a focus on delivering actionable business insights to management.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required.
• Experience in finance & accounts management across education and manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax compliance.
• Auditing and financial close processes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Finance & Accounts for both Education and Manufacturing businesses.
• Handle accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Manage audits, financial finalization and coordination with internal/external auditors.
• Handle costing, inventory, working capital and variance analysis for the manufacturing business.
• Monitor financial performance and provide business insights to management.
• Ensure proper internal controls, reconciliations and timely closure of accounts.
• Coordinate with different departments and business units for financial planning and reporting.
• Travel to manufacturing/other business locations 2 days every week as required.
