Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) | Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh | Department: Finance & Accounts

About the Role: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee and manage the end-to-end financial operations of the organization. The role requires strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, financial efficiency, and team handling for a large workforce of approximately 2000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise financial operations for a large workforce (2000+ employees)
• Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Professional Tax, PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and other labor laws
• Drive financial and operational efficiency improvements across processes
• Lead, guide, and manage finance and accounts team members effectively
• Ensure smooth coordination and task execution with minimal supervision and maximum productivity
• Implement systems and controls to enhance accountability and reduce inefficiencies
• Handle and support IPO-related activities, financial structuring, and compliance readiness
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and audits, and ensure timely closures
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
• Experience in handling large teams and workforce management
• Ability to drive performance and work efficiently with minimal escalation
