You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to support financial decision-making, with exposure to taxation, audits, and automation initiatives using ERP/SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifikationen

• This is a Fresher CA role with 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, costing, financial reporting, and taxation.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities at the manufacturing unit.
• Assist in preparation and review of plant financial statements and MIS.
• Monitor manufacturing-related expenses and identify cost variances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist in product costing, standard costing, and cost analysis.

Role Overview

We are looking for a young and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team in a manufacturing environment. The role will provide exposure to plant finance, cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, internal controls, and business finance.

The candidate will work closely with the Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business teams to support financial decision-making and ensure effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

3. MIS & Management Reporting

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

5. Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.

6. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Assist in GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Assist in responding to audit/tax queries and maintaining supporting documentation.

7. Working Capital & Business Finance

• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Support cash-flow monitoring and analysis.
