Qualifications

• CA with 5–8 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
• Expertise in balance sheet preparation and costing in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, reports and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Oversee taxation, compliance and governance for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting and planning activities.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits and process improvements.
• Manage capital investments and project accounting from inception to closure.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and drive best practices.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.
