Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Contact healthcare provider offices to request copies of medical records
• Identify and coordinate the method for record retrieval with provider offices
• Maintain professional and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval process
• Provide accurate and timely updates on the record retrieval status to Cotiviti clients
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of relevant experience as a customer service associate in voice program (outbound/ collections or sales) preferably in US healthcare
• Bachelors degree is mandatory
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Access preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm) with 90% accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads.
• Ability to work well independently and maintain focus on a topic for prolonged periods of time.
• Comfortable in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, Philippines or other geographies.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Should be ready to work different shifts/ flexible shifts, including night shift
• Should be ready to work on Saturday or 6th day as per business requirement
