Job summary

Jky Management Solution is seeking a Field Sales professional in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra to drive construction chemicals sales through channel partners. You will ensure stock availability, execute sales plans, and engage dealers, painters and contractors to grow market share.

Role requires knowledge of channel sales, stock management and strong customer communication. Minimum 2–8 years in trade sales with a graduate/postgraduate background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales in building materials or construction chemicals.
• Strong channel sales knowledge and dealer relationship management.
• Ability to plan and execute sales targets in a defined market.
• Stock availability and product placement in channels.

Role & responsibilities

• Primary & Secondary sales from Grey/White/TA/ Direct channel partners


• Create and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets


• Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like activation of new dealers, value upgradation of existing dealers etc.


• Ensure availability of the stock in the channel as per the market demand


• Placement of available product range in the channel


• Organize activities to engage influencers [Painters and Contractors]


• Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timeline


• Competition benchmarking and Identify new market potential


• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers real-time needs

Preferred candidate profile

• Area-specific knowledge:


• Knowledge of Construction Chemicals


• Have good Knowledge of Channel Sales.


• Awareness of Specifications.


• Clarity of role in Construction of Architects/Contractors/Applicators.


• Minimum Degree: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
