Job summary

DRÄXLMAIER in Chakan (India) seeks a Change Management professional to coordinate changes for vehicle series, with production support and documentation of progress. The role includes commissioning changes, validation of effectiveness, and supporting new production technologies in collaboration with the specialist department.

Responsibilities cover deployment planning, cost-conscious producibility assessment, documentation in systems (PLM), and capacity/resource planning for upcoming changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the change management for a vehicle series with production assistance or maintenance/ documentation of progress , coordination of the maturity level increase.
• Commissioning of production Changes; assistance in the acceptance of the production changes; verification of the effectiveness of changes from PM
• Accompanying the introduction of new production technologies as well as preliminary work for necessary process instructions in cooperation with the specialist department
• Coordination of changes and their deployment dates, taking into consideration the producibility and ideal costs excluding avoidable production faults at DRÄXLMAIER and customers
• Creation/ processing/ communication of documentations (e.g. development documentations etc.) in systems (e.g. in PLM system etc.) within the project team; support in deadline and cost planning for a vehicle project; coordination of the maturity level increase (e.g. by means of analyses of the first components and deviation of optimizations etc.) and elaboration of concrete remedial actions
• Determination of the required production capacities and resources (e.g. infrastructure, machines, tools and materials etc.)
• Checking release dates; participating in the stipulation of test and acceptance scopes
• Coordination of drawing contents with the specialist departments, taking into consideration a manufacturing- and installation-specific layout, if applicable initiation of modifications
• Introduction, monitoring and analyses of manufacturing trials
• Identification and verification of improvement potentials in production and on the product as well as implementation of the suggestions upon approval and KVP's ( idea's)
• New WI standardization and documentation
• Control plan (PLP ) controller and Participation in FMEA and customer complaint / internal complaints
• Planning of Equipment's regarding upcoming changes and documentation
• Industrial solutions documentation and participating in line balancing activities
