Key Responsibilities

Creative & Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of CGI artists, providing hands‑on creative direction and technical guidance
• Create high‑quality automotive renders and cinematic visual content
• Own the CGI pipeline end‑to‑end, from asset creation and look‑dev to lighting, rendering, and final delivery
• Review and approve CGI output at every stage to ensure it meets Eccentric Engine’s uncompromising quality standards
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and build efficient, scalable solutions within the pipeline
• Review and maintain rendering quality standards across projects
• Support project planning, task allocation, and delivery management
• Research, test, and implement emerging tools, workflows, and CGI technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve
• Collaborate closely across departments—creative, production, and strategy—to translate vision into technically flawless execution
• Manage workload distribution across the CGI team, balancing priorities to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Build and maintain efficient production workflows that allow the team to move fast and deliver brilliantly

Client Management

• Liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders during creative reviews and presentations
• Present, defend, and sell creative ideas with clarity and conviction
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted creative and technical voice on all CGI deliverables

AI & Emerging Workflow Requirements

• Strong interest in AI‑driven content creation and willingness to actively integrate AI into daily production workflows
• Experience with or exposure to AI workflow tools such as:
• ComfyUI
• Stable Diffusion
• Runway
• Understanding of AI‑assisted workflows for concept generation, look development, image enhancement, upscaling, material generation, and creative iteration
• Open mindset toward replacing or improving traditional manual workflows using AI‑assisted pipelines wherever efficiency and quality gains are possible
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI can reduce production time while maintaining creative and technical standards
• Interest in building hybrid pipelines that combine traditional CGI expertise with generative AI workflows
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools, workflows, and automation techniques in a fast‑evolving environment
• Understanding of prompt workflows, node‑based AI systems, and iterative AI generation processes is a strong advantage
• Awareness of ethical and production considerations while using AI‑generated content

• Strong experience in automotive CGI lighting and photorealistic rendering
• Proven experience in automotive and product visualization projects, along with team leadership
• Develop realistic lighting, materials, shaders, and environments for high‑quality vehicle visualization
• Optimize 3D models and scenes for efficient, high‑quality rendering performance
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple vehicle variants and projects
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends, rendering technologies, and automotive visualization techniques
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and creative direction
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting techniques
• Keen eye for detail and awareness of industry trends and techniques
• Strong artistic visualization skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑workstream projects effectively
• Experience in team leadership and project management
• Degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or related fields
