Job summary

Outlet Mall of India is seeking a skilled CGI & AI Content Producer to join its in-house Creative team in Thane, Maharashtra. The role focuses on creating high-quality CGI, 3D, and AI-generated visuals for social media, campaigns and brand communication.

The candidate will work across static, motion, and video formats, collaborating with the team to translate concepts into technically strong executions while staying current with CGI, VFX, and generative AI technologies.

• We are looking for a skilled and innovative CGI & AI Content Producer to join its in-house Creative team.
• The role will be responsible for developing high-quality CGI, 3D, AI-generated and technology-led visual content across social media, digital campaigns, brand communication and marketing initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should combine strong technical expertise with a refined visual sensibility and an understanding of contemporary digital content. The individual should be comfortable working across traditional CGI workflows as well as emerging generative AI platforms to create visually distinctive and engaging brand content.
• Working closely with the Junior Art Director and wider creative team, the candidate will translate creative concepts into technically strong and visually compelling executions across static, motion and video formats.

Key Responsibilities

CGI & 3D Content Development

• Create high-quality CGI and 3D content for social media, digital campaigns and brand communication.
• Develop photorealistic as well as stylised 3D environments, objects, products and visual elements.
• Create CGI-led videos, animations and digital visual experiences.
• Handle relevant aspects of the 3D production process including modelling, texturing, lighting, animation and rendering.
• Integrate CGI elements into live-action footage where required.
• Create product-focused, fashion-led, retail and experiential CGI content.
• Develop CGI/FOOH concepts suitable for high-impact digital and social media communication.
• Optimize 3D assets and workflows to maintain production efficiency without compromising quality.

Generative AI Content

• Use generative AI platforms to develop high-quality image and video content.
• Create AI-generated campaign visuals, concept films, social media content and experimental creative assets.
• Combine AI-generated content with CGI, design, motion graphics and live-action footage.
• Develop efficient AI-assisted creative workflows for repeatable content production.
• Experiment with emerging generative image, video and creative technologies.
• Evaluate new tools and recommend technologies relevant to the creative team's requirements.
• Maintain consistency of characters, environments, products and visual styles across AI-generated content wherever required.

Motion, VFX & Compositing

• Create motion-led content using 3D and 2D elements.
• Composite CGI and AI-generated assets into live-action footage.
• Execute tracking, masking, keying and other relevant post-production processes.
• Develop motion graphics and visual effects where required.
• Ensure lighting, perspective, shadows, reflections and other visual details are accurately integrated into final compositions.
• Support the creation of high-quality campaign films and social videos requiring advanced visual execution.
• Work closely with the Junior Art Director, Creative Producer, Designers and Video Editor to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Translate creative briefs, storyboards and visual references into technically executable solutions.
• Contribute CGI- and AI-first ideas during campaign and content brainstorming.
• Develop moodboards, style frames and visual treatments before production.
• Provide recommendations on the most appropriate tools and production techniques for different concepts.
• Participate in pre-production planning for content requiring CGI, VFX or AI integration.

Brand & Quality Management

• Ensure all CGI and AI-generated outputs maintain the visual standards of Outlet Mall of India.
• Maintain consistency in composition, lighting, typography, colour and overall visual treatment.
• Conduct quality checks before final delivery.
• Ensure AI-generated assets are reviewed carefully for visual inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
• Maintain organised project files, source assets and reusable 3D libraries.

Innovation & Technology

• Stay updated with developments in CGI, 3D, generative AI, virtual production and creative technology.
• Continuously test emerging tools and workflows relevant to content production.
• Identify opportunities where AI or CGI can improve creative quality, production efficiency or campaign impact.
• Share relevant technological developments and creative possibilities with the wider creative team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in CGI, 3D design, motion graphics, VFX, digital content production or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini or equivalent. - Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with compositing and post-production workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with current generative AI image and video tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition and camera movement.
• Good understanding of animation and visual storytelling.
• Ability to combine multiple creative tools and production techniques.
• Strong attention to visual detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
