HRD House in Mumbai seeks a Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years of experience to lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for our Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing operations. You will drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure robust controls.

You will manage treasury, working capital, cost management, capital expenditure evaluations, and statutory compliance, while guiding a high-performance finance team to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience in treasury, fund management, and banking relationships.
• Expertise in cost management, profitability analysis, and working capital.
• Knowledge of tax, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
