Job summary

HuntingCube is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of post-articleship experience to lead the finance function. The role focuses on strategic financial leadership for a fast-growing B2B SaaS tech startup, coordinating multi-entity consolidation across India and international regimes.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, GST and tax management, investor reporting, and board communications while building a scalable finance team and robust governance.

Qualifications

• CA with 12+ years post-articleship experience, including leadership of a finance function.
• Hands-on with multi-entity / cross-border consolidation and cross-regulatory regimes.
• Experience in statutory compliance, GST, corporate tax, and audits.
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and board communications.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting with business insight.
• Experience building finance teams and scalable processes.

• You are a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of post-articleship experience, including experience leading a finance function (as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader) - ideally in a B2B SaaS, technology, or startup/scale-up environment.
• Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS of India and UAE
• You have hands‑on experience with multi-entity / cross-border financial consolidation (India, UAE, USA or similar) and are comfortable working across different regulatory and tax regimes.
• You have strong command over statutory compliance — GST, corporate tax, and audit management — and have directly managed statutory and tax audits.
• You have experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level financial communication.
• You bring strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate numbers into business insight for non-finance stakeholders.
• You have led and built finance teams and are comfortable operating hands‑on in a lean environment while also building processes for scale.
• You have high attention to detail and integrity, with a strong understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.
• You're a clear communicator who can work directly with founders, board members, auditors, and cross‑functional leaders.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
