Job summary

DealHub Ltd. in India seeks a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of post-articleship experience to lead the finance function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. The role requires hands-on leadership across budgeting, forecasting, governance, and cross-border compliance.

You will manage statutory compliance including GST and corporate tax, support fundraising and investor reporting, and partner with founders, the board, and auditors to drive strategic and financial value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years post-articleship experience in senior finance leadership.
• Experience leading finance function (CFO/Head of Finance) in tech/startup contexts.
• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS for India and cross-border consolidation.

• You are a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of post-articleship experience, including experience leading a finance function (as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader) - ideally in a B2B SaaS, technology, or startup/scale-up environment.
• Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS of India and UAE
• You have hands-on experience with multi-entity / cross-border financial consolidation (India, UAE, USA or similar) and are comfortable working across different regulatory and tax regimes.
• You have strong command over statutory compliance — GST, corporate tax, and audit management — and have directly managed statutory and tax audits.
• You have experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level financial communication.
• You bring strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate numbers into business insight for non-finance stakeholders.
• You have led and built finance teams and are comfortable operating hands-on in a lean environment while also building processes for scale.
• You have high attention to detail and integrity, with a strong understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.
• You're a clear communicator who can work directly with founders, board members, auditors, and cross-functional leaders.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
