Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP CFIN (Central Finance) / SAP FI Consultant to join our finance transformation practice. The role demands strong hands-on SAP FI and CFIN expertise, with multi‑year implementation experience in large enterprise environments.

The candidate should demonstrate deep knowledge of finance processes, integration with other SAP modules, and capable client-facing communication to drive end-to-end CFIN deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 8+ years of SAP FI / Finance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CFIN / Central Finance.
• Experience in at least two of: design, configuration, implementation.
• End-to-end CFIN lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Engage in troubleshooting, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to drive finance transformations.

Job Summary

Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP CFIN (Central Finance) / SAP FI Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in SAP Finance, Central Finance design, configuration, and implementation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong SAP FI background and proven experience working on SAP CFIN implementations, preferably in large‑scale enterprise environments.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience
• 8+ years of SAP FI / Finance experience
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP CFIN / Central Finance
• 3+ years of CFIN experience if gained in a Tier-1 organization
• 5+ years of hands‑on CFIN experience if gained in a Tier-2/Tier-3 organization
• Strong experience in at least 2 of the following 3 areas:
• Solution Design
• Configuration
• Implementation
• Good understanding of SAP Finance processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Experience in end‑to‑end CFIN implementation/project lifecycle
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills
