Job summary

Umanist Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant to join our client’s S/4HANA ecosystem. You will lead FI/CO-focused implementation efforts and collaborate across distributed teams in a hybrid work model in India.

The role demands hands-on CFIN experience, 6–9 years in SAP FI/CO, strong requirements gathering, data migration, testing, and cutover activities, and the ability to drive design and configuration in complex SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in SAP FI/CO.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation.
• Experience in at least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation or global template rollout.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO business processes and technology.
• Knowledge of FI/CO configuration and customizing.
• Understanding of SAP architecture and interface technologies (IDoc, SLT, RFC).
• Experience in requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to collect, analyze and document business requirements and coordinate with design team.
• Experience in implementation/rollout activities: configuration, functional specs, data cleansing, migration, testing, user training, cutover.

Responsibilities

• Lead FI/CO-focused CFIN implementation activities.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across SAP projects.
• Participate in requirement workshops and design discussions.
• Perform data cleansing and migration tasks, and plan cutovers.
• Deliver testing and user training for SAP FI/CO processes.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) and hands-on experience in SAP CFIN implementation and S/4HANA projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 6 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).

• Hands-on experience in at least 1 SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation project.

• Experience in at least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation or global template rollout project.
