• 4–6 years hands‑on SAP Finance (SAP FI) experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FI).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
• Experience working in international and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with JIRA and Xurrent or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement SAP FI solutions, independently or with the Functional Lead.
• Prioritise and complete assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs and maintaining high quality standards.
• Support business units and operating companies in achieving digital transformation goals.
• Ensure finance configurations are modified only with proper approvals.
• Evaluate and recommend add-on solutions for operating companies with similar needs.
• Maintain effective communication with the Functional Lead and line manager regarding project status, plans, and potential issues.
• Document all configurations and processes according to established guidelines.
• Coordinate new processes and functions with operating companies already using the system.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver value-added IT solutions.
• Provide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Promote a cooperative, customer-focused, and team-oriented work environment.
• Proactively clarify work instructions and analyse issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of SAP Finance expertise by staying updated on system and market developments.
• Support the digital strategy by delivering solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrate adaptability by managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and aligning with European time zones when required.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Finance (SAP FI).
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FI).
• Strong understanding and analytical skills of business processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Financial and Costing processes.
• Experience with JIRA, Xurrent, or comparable tools.
• Proven ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong prioritisation, adaptability, and ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) module.
• Global implementation and shared services experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with business and IT teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.
