Job summary

Alignity Solutions is seeking an SAP FI-CFIN professional with 6-10 years of experience to drive central finance initiatives in Hyderabad. The role requires leading design workshops, mapping and reconciliation across source ERPs and S/4HANA, and coordinating with finance and IT stakeholders.

Immediate joiners preferred; strong accounting background and SLT experience are essential to deliver multi-source-system rollouts and ensure data integrity across landscapes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP consulting including 2 end-to-end implementations in Central Finance (CFIN).
• Lead process design workshops on source-system harmonization and target architecture.
• CFIN replication, mapping and reconciliation between source ERP and S/4HANA finance.
• Strong accounting foundation to validate posting logic, GL mapping and reconciliation.
• Convert business pain points into user stories and design specs.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices for CFIN vs. custom replication logic.
• Hands-on SLT replication and initial load/delta processes.
• Experience with mapping for company codes, COA, and cost objects.
• Experience managing multi-source-system rollouts; strong stakeholder management.
• Immediate joiners / short-notice availability preferred.

SAP FI-CFIN 6 - 10 Yrs

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations involving Central Finance (CFIN) landscape design and rollout.
  
• Proven experience leading process design workshops covering source-system harmonization and target-architecture decisions.
  
• SME in CFIN replication, mapping, and reconciliation between source ERPs and central S/4HANA finance.
  
• Strong accounting foundation to validate posting logic, GL mapping, and reconciliation across landscapes.
  
• Ability to convert business pain points (data fragmentation, reporting delays) into structured user stories and design specs.
  
• Deep knowledge of SAP-recommended best practices for CFIN vs. custom replication logic.
  
• Hands-on experience with SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) replication and initial load/delta processes.
  
• Experience with mapping and derivation configuration for company codes, chart of accounts, and cost objects.
  
• Familiarity with central finance use cases: central reporting, central payment, selective data transition.
  
• Understanding of reconciliation tools and error-handling within CFIN.
  
• Exposure to AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for reconciliation analysis or mapping documentation is a plus.
  
• Ability to work with technical/Basis teams on landscape and connectivity setup.
  
• Experience managing multi-source-system rollouts (multiple ECC/non-SAP sources feeding one CFIN target).
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, and source-system owners.
  
• Experience supporting cutover strategy, including phased or big-bang approaches.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot replication errors and data inconsistencies.
  
• Immediate joiners / short-notice availability preferred.
