• Review patient medical records and assign accurate Evaluation & Management (E&M) codes based on clinical documentation.
• Apply relevant ICD and CPT coding guidelines to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
• Review outpatient/physician records; candidates with relevant inpatient coding experience may also be considered.
• Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, and coding errors, and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets while following client-specific coding guidelines and compliance requirements.
