Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Migration Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high customer service standards, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with international and governmental stakeholders, driving enrollments and placements, ensuring compliance with migration policies, and leading outreach initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the center's overall success and growth.

Requirements

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of the migration center, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and process delivery.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments including counseling, documentation, training, and placement.

Manage, train, and motivate a team of counselors, coordinators, trainers, and support staff.

Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the point of contact for international partners, employers, and government bodies.

Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively.

Drive partnerships with relevant training and placement agencies if required.

Business & Revenue Management:

Meet center-level targets for enrollments, placements, and revenue generation.

Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for higher management.

Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to compliance requirements related to international migration policies.

Oversee documentation and visa processing workflows.

Organize seminars, job fairs, and awareness campaigns to attract candidates.

Coordinate with the marketing team for regional outreach and branding efforts.
