Job summary

Litmus7 Systems Consulting is seeking a Technology Specialist to manage on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across critical services.

You will handle VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, cloud accounts (Azure/AWS), AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, and firewall policies, while participating in on‑call escalations and ongoing upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer virtualization and server environments.
• Maintain backup infrastructure and perform restores (Veeam preferred).
• Manage cloud accounts (Azure & AWS) and implement security controls.
• Administer identity services (AD, Entra ID) and policies.
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and requests.

The Technology specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Litmus7s on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across critical services. This role requires hands‑on experience in virtualization, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and security technologies.

Core Responsibilities

Virtualization, Servers & Infrastructure

• Manage and administer VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V environments.
• Perform server deployment.
• Maintain backup infrastructure and perform restores (Veeam preferred).
• Manage Azure & AWS accounts.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access policies, and audit logs.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and identity lifecycle.
• Support SSO, MFA, conditional access, and identity security hygiene.
• Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 licensing, policies, and configs.
• Administer SharePoint Online, Teams configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Support project implementations, migrations, rollouts, and environment upgrades.
• Participate in on‑call activities and escalations.
• Configure and manage Cisco Meraki Access points.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls.
