Job summary

Responsibilities

• Installation, preventive maintenance and breakdown calls.
• Attend AMC calls by the Service Department.
• Coordinate with Service Team and with Technical & IT Teams.
• Handle client queries and resolve them within the agreed TAT with help from other teams.
• Perform any other activity assigned by Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Support for installation, programming, repairs and maintenance of EPBAX, CCTV, Access Control, Bio-Matrix, etc.
• Attending AMC calls, allotted by Service Department
• Co-ordination with Service Team
• Co-ordination with Technical Team & IT Team
• Handling the queries of clients and solve their queries within TAT with help of other teams.
• Any other activity assigned by the Management.
• Good communication skill
• Qualification: Technical preferred
• Experience: 2 years
• Office Timing: 9.30 to 6.00 (Monday to Saturday)
