Job summary

K12 Techno Services in Bengaluru is seeking a CCTV Monitoring Lead to define clear monitoring frameworks for classroom observations and guide the CCTV team on what to observe, what to ignore, and what to enable.

You will ensure monitoring aligns with academic expectations, SOPs and teaching standards, maintain accuracy and integrity of CCTV observations, review summaries before escalation, and generate structured, insight-driven reports for senior leadership while mentoring a team of CCTV

• Act as the single point of contact between the CCTV team and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of CCTV executives.
