Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking a senior Oracle CC&B and MDM tester with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our testing team. You will participate in customer workshops, draft test scenarios, and create test cases for functional requirements.

You will lead end-to-end testing of CC&B and MDM, develop and execute test scripts with the testing team, validate deployments from SIT to UAT, fix defects, and assist users with training and resolution.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of Oracle CC&B and MDM experience.
• Experience in end-to-end CC&B and MDM test cycles.
• Knowledge of SIT and UAT testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Join customer workshop and discuss on the functional requirements.
• Create Test Scenario document based on the discussion with business users.
• Ability to create Test Cases on the functional requirements
• Experience in end to end test cycle of CC&B and MDM
• Develop test script with testing team and execute those as and when necessary
• Validate and deploy to UAT after SIT; fix defects
• Work with user to close the UAT with user.
• Train users if needed
• Interacts with person/team for next level of discussion to help in resolution.
• Flexible enough to extend service support.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should have more than 6 + years of CC&B exp)

• 8 - 12 + years of Experience on Oracle CC&B and MDM functional like Customer Information, Billing, Rating, Meter Configurations, Field Activities, Service Agreements, Service Tasks etc.
• Sound knowledge in interaction methodology between CC&B and MDM.
• Good communication Skills and Testing Knowledge

Responsibilities (Functional)

• Join customer workshop and discuss on the functional requirements.
• Create Test Scenario document based on the discussion with business users.
• Ability to create Test Cases on the functional requirements
• Experience in end to end test cycle of CC&B and MDM
• Develop test script with testing team and execute those as and when necessary
• Once the functionality deployed in SIT (System integration testing instance) please validate and deploy it to UAT environment. If there are defects raised by user that needs to fix it.
• Work with user to close the UAT with user.
• If user needs any training on the user functionalities needs to extend help in training users.
• Interacts with person/team for next level of discussion to help in resolution.
• Flexible enough to extend service support.
