The Human Resources Business Partner will drive the strategy, growth, and operations of UPSC programs, ensuring learner satisfaction, market competitiveness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop growth strategies for UPSC courses (Prelims, Mains, Optional Subjects, Interviews).
2. Conduct market research to identify trends and learner needs.
