Job summary

Urban Company, Asia's leading technology platform for home services, is seeking a Category Manager (City) to own on-ground operations and drive growth of the service partner network. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve partner quality, optimize supply, and enhance customer experience at city level.

The role requires 6 months to 3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end onboarding of service partners through sourcing, screening, selection, and training.
• Own supply-side operations and improve the quality and productivity of the partner network.
• Support category leadership in supply planning, demand planning, and revenue planning activities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
• Analyze business data to drive informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to execute city and central initiatives.
• Improve customer and partner experience through data-driven problem solving.
• Track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

What We're Looking For
