Job summary

redBus in Bengaluru is seeking a growth analytics professional to lead category creation and growth initiatives. You will identify opportunities, drive offline-to-online customer movements, and promote cross-selling across business lines to enhance retention and revenue.

Join a cross-functional team including Product, Data Science and Performance Marketing to implement data-driven strategies and monitor KPI progress in a fast-moving market.

Responsibilities

• Drive Category Creation / Growth related initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives
• Offline to Online Bus Customer movement
• Cross Selling Bus from other LOBs
• Leisure/Pilgrim/Other Category Creation initiatives
• Run analytics on Customer cohorts , Shopper/ Conversion related bottlenecks and come up with recommendation to accelerate growth
• Create visibility of target vs actuals and identify areas of course correction across different dimensions(Region, Channel,Customer Cohorts etc)
• Drive Sales Promotion charter to influence customer retention
• Drive projects in collaboration Product, Data Science, Performance Marketing Team
