Job summary

You will negotiate terms, prepare RFQs, monitor logistics and quality, and implement operational improvement plans, aligning with group policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationships with suppliers within the assigned scope.
• Negotiate supplier commercial terms to achieve budget objectives.
• Monitor and manage supplier logistics and quality performance.
• Define and oversee implementation of operational improvement plans.
• Prepare, manage, and execute requests for quotation (RFQs).
• Drive technical productivity initiatives, including VA/VE actions, to meet budget targets.
• Negotiate purchasing contracts in compliance with Group policies.
• Maintain updated supplier terms and conditions data in ERP, SRM, Supplier Portal, and other relevant systems.
• Support improvement of suppliers’ ECOVADIS scores within the assigned scope.
