Job summary

Snapmint in Delhi is seeking a candidate for Ecommerce Catalogue Operations. The role involves categorizing products, listing details, and creating high-quality textual content to enhance the customer buying experience.

You will work with merchants and the category team to ensure accurate data flow, audit entries, and resolve catalogue-related issues while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ecommerce Catalogue Operations or similar data-work.
• Comfort with large data sets and accurate data entry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with merchants and category teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Categorizing and listing products (content, images, pricing) across categories per SOP with accuracy.
• Create appealing high-quality textual content to enhance buying experience.
• Research competitor sites to procure content/information for products.
• Interact with merchants to ensure data flow for product details.
• Audit entries and approve/disapprove based on guidelines, even under ambiguity.
• Investigate catalogue-related complaints and ensure content reliability.

Job description

• Categorizing of Products & Listing (content, images, Pricing etc.) across multiple categories based on SOP while ensuring utmost accuracy and efficiency.
• Create appealing high-quality textual content which will enhance customer’s e-commerce buying experience.
• Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research other e-commerce or brand websites to procure additional content/specific information for products in a timely manner.
• Must be comfortable working with large data sets.
• Interacting and coordinating with merchants and category team to help ensure smooth data flow for all required details for the product listing as per guidelines.
• Demonstrate decision-making skills to approve or disapprove audit entries based on pre-defined guidelines during content audits, even in situations with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Investigating catalogue related complaints.
• Ensuring the content's reliability and relevance to customers.

Skills:-

• Microsoft Excel (pivot, vlookup etc.) or Google Sheets.
• Basic HTML
