• Supporting team members to resolve technical and operational issues.

AGRIM is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed.

We are looking to hire a dedicated Catalogue Executive who is ready to make an impact. Candidate must be able to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, competitive, and constantly changing. Must have a proven ability to over-excel to maintain data hygiene. Must have knowledge of SKU Creation , SKU content info and image quality parameters.

• Finding/Matching the input product along with variants on Web Source
• Review the catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines & coordinate with the internal team to fix the issues for a better customer experience.
• Ensure the given SLA is met by quality standards.
• Understanding the process requirement
• To help/support the team members to resolve the technical & operational issues.

Requirements

• Mandatory- Excel, v-lookup, H-lookup, x-lookup, Pivot
• Analytical thinking, Excellent SKU Content and Image Quality parameters knowledge and good communication skills.

NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6-days (Mon-Sat) working in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
