Job summary

FABINDIA LIMITED is seeking a Product Listing Analyst to manage and optimize the Home & Living product listings. You will ensure accurate attributes, content quality, and timely updates across the B2C portal and 3P platforms.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to refine product information, address customer queries escalated by the Customer Care Team, and run quality checks on data dumps and website listings. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with catalog management and product data accuracy.

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product content.

Responsible for managing and optimizing product listings for the Home & Living category. The role ensures accurate product attributes and content, enhancing the overall customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and manage the listing of new products on the B2C portal, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance product information.
• Address customer queries raised by the Customer Care Team and implement necessary corrections in listings.
• List and manage product updates across all third-party (3P) portals.
• Maintain, monitor, and update catalogue trackers for both the brand website and 3P platforms.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the website and data dumps to identify and rectify listing errors.
• Create product curation and boost list for promotions as well as website landing pages to enhance engagement and sales.
