Job summary

Axe Consultancy Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Manager to oversee product catalogs across online marketplaces. You will ensure accurate data, optimize listings, coordinate with product, operations, marketing, and design teams, and maintain high-quality catalogs to boost visibility and sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and is based on-site in Dehradun, India. You will manage bulk uploads, SKUs, and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product catalogs across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, specs, images, pricing.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
• Coordinate with product, operations, inventory, marketing, and design teams.
• Monitor and resolve catalog errors, listing issues, data mismatches.
• Ensure correct categorization, tagging, and mapping per marketplace guidelines.
• Optimize content with relevant keywords to improve visibility and rankings.
• Manage bulk uploads, SKU creation, and catalog maintenance.
• Track listing status and activate new products promptly.
• Ensure catalogs comply with platform policies and guidelines.
• Analyze catalog performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain records/reports related to products, SKUs, listings, catalog updates.
• Coordinate team to meet catalog-related tasks and targets.
• Identify repetitive issues and propose process improvements.
• Support team in maintaining clean, updated product database.
