As a Catalogue Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a best-in-class product catalog that drives discoverability, accuracy, and customer experience. This role is central to ensuring that our FMCG products are presented with the right details, pricing, and availability on our platform. You will work closely with category, marketing, and operations teams to enable seamless listings, faster go-to-market for new SKUs, and smooth execution of promotions. Manage end-to-end product cataloguing - creation, updating, and maintenance across platforms.
Ensure accuracy of product information (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, pack sizes, variants, and attributes).
Coordinate with Category Managers, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure seamless catalog operations.
Monitor and update catalog as per promotions, new launches, or price changes in FMCG categories.
Conduct regular audits to identify and fix missing/incorrect data, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain TATs for onboarding and listing new SKUs.
Support in driving catalog efficiency and process improvements through automation or tools.
Analyze catalog performance (availability, discoverability, accuracy) and provide insights.
What we are looking for?
2-3 years of relevant experience in catalog management, preferably in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / FMCG domain.
Prior experience in a start-up ecosystem with ability to adapt quickly and take ownership.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with catalog management tools or PIM systems / SQL is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
