Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai seeks a cargo operations specialist with hands-on CHAMP Cargospot & Traxon experience to provide Level 1 support and resolve operational issues across the cargo supply chain.

You will deliver trainings to enhance team knowledge and ensure strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements and SLAs, enabling smooth cargo handling and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end airline cargo operations.
• Hands-on with CHAMP Cargospot & Traxon platforms.
• Knowledge of modules: Customer Management, Stock Management, Reservation & Booking, AWB Capture & Validation, Tariff & Pricing, Capacity & Allotment Management, Export & Import Management, Revenue & Billing, EDI messages, API integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 1 functional support for cargo operations and CHAMP-related issues.
• Resolve escalations and exceptions during cargo operation processes.
• Be the go-to person for operational issues in the cargo supply chain.
• Delivery trainings and development sessions to build operational knowledge within the team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.

Job description

In depth knowledge of end-to-end Airline Cargo Operation processes.
