The Career Specialist will analyze learner profiles, interpret assessment results, and recommend suitable programs or development plans aligned with individual goals and industry trends. Daily tasks include responding to learner queries, providing ongoing support, collaborating with faculty and placement teams, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The role also includes organizing career events, building relationships with industry partners, and contributing to initiatives that enhance learner employability and placement outcomes.
