Job summary

EducoHire in Gurgaon is seeking a Career Counselor to design and develop the Student Advisory Program and provide college and career counseling across Grade 6–12. The role requires a graduate or postgraduate in psychology with at least five years of relevant experience.

You will work closely with the Primary Consultant to support schools and stakeholders. Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation and organizational skills are essential, and candidates with school counseling experience

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• School counseling experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and review the Student Advisory Program (college and career counseling).

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate in Psychology

Responsibility to design and to develop, implement and review the Student Advisory Program (college and career counseling).

To work closely with the Primary Consultant in providing operational support to our schools as required.

To implement the SAP in schools from Grades 6 to 12

Career Counselors with leading schools/inst itutions/education consulting, etc.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience with school counseling is preferred along with behavioral and college counselor.

R elevant set of skills in dealing with children and parents

Providing them with the appropriate counseling and guidance about their career goals

School counseling experience from Grade 6 to 12.

Good Communication and Inter personal Skills. Proactive and self driven.
Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the organization
Good documentation and writing skills.
Timely planning and execution of duties
