The role focuses on advising prospective students on finance, accounting, and tech pathways while maintaining rigorous CRM discipline.

You will engage with learners, align courses to career goals, and coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfort with counseling students on course offerings and career paths.

Responsabilités

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and working professionals.
• Counsel students on courses such as CPA, CMA, and other finance & accounting certifications.
• Understand the student's career goals and provide guidance on the best course options.
• Follow up with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively explaining course benefits.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with student details and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
