Job summary

Nirmaan Organization in Hyderabad is seeking a career counsellor to conduct guidance sessions for 9th and 10th grade students. You will counsel on career options, higher education, and skill pathways, helping learners identify interests and goals.

The role involves delivering engaging sessions, coordinating with school management, and preparing session records. Travel to various locations is mandatory, with strong MS Office proficiency and a laptop required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Prior experience in counselling, teaching, training, or student engagement is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
• Candidate should be flexible and willing to travel extensively.
