Job summary

iDreamCareer is seeking a field-based Counsellor in Lucknow to support career guidance and student engagement. The role involves traveling daily to schools, coordinating with authorities, and conducting AI Career Awareness sessions using provided resources.

You will maintain data records, update MIS reports, and manage assigned assets while ensuring smooth execution of program activities in multiple cities within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing Graduation in any discipline.
• Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
• Open to travelling extensively within the city for school visits and program implementation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable operating audiovisual equipment such as projectors, speakers, microphones, TVs, and displays.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate effectively with schools and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• School Coordination: liaise with school authorities, teachers, and contacts; schedule and manage AI Career Awareness sessions; ensure smooth communication with partner schools; support activity planning and events.
• AI Career Awareness Sessions: conduct sessions using the organization's portal and resources; guide students on emerging careers and skills; facilitate student participation; manage AV setup during presentations.
• Data Management & MIS Reporting: maintain daily activity records, update MIS reports, ensure timely submission and documentation; track program outcomes.
• Asset Management: manage and maintain assigned assets; ensure proper usage and upkeep; report damages or maintenance; maintain asset records.

Role Summary

The Counsellor will support career guidance and student engagement initiatives by coordinating with schools, conducting AI Career Awareness sessions, maintaining data records, and managing assigned assets. This is a field-based role that requires daily travel to schools and educational institutions within the assigned city.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Coordination

• Coordinate regularly with school authorities, teachers, and designated school contacts.
• Schedule and manage AI Career Awareness sessions.
• Ensure smooth communication between the organization and partner schools.
• Support the planning and execution of school-based activities and events.

2. AI Career Awareness Sessions

• Conduct AI Career Awareness sessions using the organization's portal, videos, and learning resources.
• Guide students on emerging career opportunities, future skills, and technology trends.
• Facilitate student participation and address basic queries during sessions.
• Ensure proper setup and operation of audiovisual equipment during presentations.

3. Data Management & MIS Reporting

• Maintain accurate daily records of activities, school visits, and student participation.
• Update MIS reports and databases on a regular basis.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
• Track program outcomes and maintain relevant records.

4. Asset Management

• Manage and maintain assigned assets responsibly.
• Ensure proper usage, safety, and upkeep of equipment.
• Report any damage, loss, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain records of asset allocation and utilization.
