Centene is seeking a Field-based Behavioral Health Care Manager to support 28 million members with a mix of in-person visits and remote/phone-based care management across the Indianapolis region.
The role evaluates member needs via phone or home visits, develops care plans for high-acuity cases including mental health and substance use, and coordinates with providers, family caregivers, and community resources to ensure timely access to services.

Location: Central/South/Northwest regions of the Indianapolis
Team: Behavioral Health Care Management
Work Arrangement: Field-based role with a combination of in-person visits and remote/phone-based care management.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Weekend/Holiday Coverage: None required.
Licensed Master's Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) or RN based on state contract requirements with BH experience required
$56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
