Celtic Angels Inc. is seeking a Client Care Manager in the Metro West Area to ensure timely, high-quality client care. You will engage with clients, document conversations in Generations, and collaborate with the operations team to support care delivery.

The ideal candidate has health care experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Needham, MA with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hold conference calls with client teams for care assessments.

Celtic Angels Inc. is looking for a motivated Client Care Manager in the Metro West Area to ensure timely, consistent quality client care that meets Celtic Angels standards. Duties of the Client Care Manager include being proactive, going out to potential clients homes to meet with them, reaching out to clients on a regular basis to check in and documenting all conversations in the Generations software system. This requires working independently as part of the Client Care Team. Must be a team player with a positive attitude, dependable, kind and a great sense of humor. This position is responsible to the Operations Manager. If you have previous experience as a Client Care Manager and you are a Positive Caring Team player, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities

• Take all request for service calls from clients immediately or return calls within 30 minutes.
• To complete all intakes for new clients and enter them into our system.
• Will handle concerns from clients.
• Attend 9am Teams meeting with the Celtic Team
• Go over all nightly calls that came into the answering service every morning.
• Work closely with the Scheduling Coordinator, Nurse Staff and Human Resource Recruiter for client coverage.
• Preparing all contracts in Docusign and emailing them out to clients for signature. Follow up is required to be sure the contract has been returned, signed before service.
• Hold conference call with client's team of caregivers and nurses for assessment of quality of care and problem solving as necessary.
• Create a schedule monthly of all proactive client follow up and check in calls to be published in advance in our Generations system.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients
