• Assist the patient with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility support, including walking, transferring, and exercise if required.

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in health condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s room and surroundings.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to the patient.
