Provide nursing care to patients and residents according to their medical needs.

Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.

Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety practices.

Assist patients with daily living activities and support their rehabilitation needs.

Identify changes in patients’ health conditions and report them promptly to the concerned medical personnel.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.

Educate patients and caregivers about medication, personal hygiene, and basic healthcare practices.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing assistance.

Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
