Job description

• Clinical Care: Administer medications, intravenous (IV) therapies, and injections. Change dressings, monitor wounds, and manage medical equipment (e.g., catheters, oxygen).
• Health Monitoring: Regularly assess vital signs, track disease progression, and report unexpected health changes to physicians.
• Patient & Family Education: Train family members and caregivers on ongoing care, medication administration, and emergency response protocols.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with the patient's doctors and therapists to update and implement structured home care plans.
• Daily Living Assistance: Support patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs when required.
