Job summary

Zoho in Kerala is seeking empathetic care staff to assist individuals with daily living activities such as feeding, grooming, hygiene, and mobility as required. You will supervise residents, help with meals and transportation within the facility, maintain cleanliness, and support teachers, nurses, or supervisors during routines and activities.

The role requires good communication, patience, and a compassionate attitude, with willingness to work shifts and follow all safety and caregiving

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 8th/10th pass, flexible based on organization.
• Prior caregiving or support staff experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks and handle basic caregiving duties.
• Good communication skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly.
• Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and child/elder care practices.
