Santeware Healthcare Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to provide advanced support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise Cardiology and Cardiovascular Information Systems.

• 5-10+ years of Healthcare IT / Clinical Application Support.
• Hands-on L2/L3 production support for enterprise cardiology apps.
• Experience supporting Change Healthcare CPACS, Fuji CPACS, MUSE, or GE CCW.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and clinical workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Biomedical Eng or related.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Cardiology applications.
• Troubleshoot complex application, interface, workstation, and device connectivity issues.
• Support Cardiology PACS (CPACS), ECG/EKG, Cath Lab, EP, and Echocardiography workflows.
• Monitor application performance, availability, interfaces, and device connectivity.
• Troubleshoot DICOM routing, HL7 messaging, and clinical data integration issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production incidents.
• Coordinate with clinical users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application teams.
• Support application upgrades, migrations, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure system availability and compliance with operational SLAs.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
