NTT DATA seeks an experienced Cardiology Application Support Analyst to provide production support, maintenance, monitoring and operational support for Cardiology applications in Bangalore, India. You will manage a portfolio of cardiac service applications, ensure system availability, and uphold SLAs while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires production support, incident management, monitoring, and automation skills.

• Experience with Cardiology applications like Lumedx, CCW, Syngo, Muse, Paceart or Epic-adjacent systems.
• Strong production support and incident management experience.
• Knowledge of application monitoring, interface support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with server maintenance, patching, upgrades and health checks.
• Understanding of SLA, change and problem management processes.
• Experience with scripting, automation or process improvement preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 production support for Cardiology applications.
• Monitor interface logs, error logs, and daily system health checks to ensure availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, interface, and server issues.
• Support incident, problem and change management per SLAs.
• Perform routine server maintenance, updates, patches and upgrades.
• Support overnight, after-hours, weekend and on-call activities as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and change notifications/approvals.
• Develop/maintain automation for monitoring and health checks.
• Manage small projects and enhancements independently.
• Assist in training and knowledge transfer for new staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution.

Cardiology Application Support Analyst / SME

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Support Analyst / SME to provide production support, maintenance, monitoring, and operational support for Cardiology applications. The role will support a portfolio of cardiac service applications including Lumedx, CCW, Syngo, Muse, Paceart, and Epic-adjacent solutions, ensuring system availability, timely incident resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for Cardiology applications.
• Monitor interface logs, error logs, and daily system health checks to ensure application availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, interface, and server-related issues.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with SLAs.
• Perform routine server maintenance, updates, patches, and application upgrades.
• Support overnight, after-hours, weekend, and on-call production activities as needed.
• Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and support change notification and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for system monitoring, server health checks, and recurring operational tasks.
• Manage small projects and enhancements independently.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer for new team members and client staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting healthcare/Cardiology applications such as Lumedx, CCW, Syngo, Muse, Paceart, or Epic-adjacent systems.
• Strong production support and incident management experience.
• Knowledge of application monitoring, interface support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and system health checks.
• Understanding of SLA management, change management, and problem management processes.
• Experience with scripting, automation, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support rotational, after-hours, and weekend coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT and clinical application support.
• Knowledge of Cardiology workflows and imaging systems.
• Experience in automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prior experience mentoring team members and supporting knowledge transfer activities.
