Job summary

Festo in India seeks a Capacity Planning Engineer to drive capacity planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/supply chain or related field with 4–7 years of relevant logistics/capacity planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material management systems, and process optimization (Lean/OPEX).
• Experience in capacity planning, layout design, and project management within logistics environments; English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Drive capacity planning and optimization to improve logistics performance (QCD)
• Lead process improvement and value stream optimization across operations
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and efficiency gains
