  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material management systems, and process optimization (Lean/OPEX).
  • Experience in capacity planning, layout design, and project management within logistics environments; English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

  • Drive capacity planning and optimization to improve logistics performance (QCD)
  • Lead process improvement and value stream optimization across operations
  • Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and efficiency gains
  • Design and implement layouts, capacity models, WMS, and automation solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Define requirements and support procurement and deployment of logistics equipment and systems
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes, global standards, and KPI tracking
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams for project execution and delivery
  • Conduct time studies, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and process documentation
